Went to Elmwood Farm for a festive meal with two friends today. We decided to arrive an hour earlier than our booked slot and our server, Jade, was more than happy to accommodate us. Our table was already decorated for our Xmas feast! Jade was polite, funny, reliable and checked in on us frequently. She made us aware that there would be another larger party needing our table within a couple of hours after we arrived and said she would do her best to find us another area to sit. Well, behind the scenes Jade had done her very best and rearranged the seating so that we could stay in our seats for a few more hours!!! Much appreciated!!The food, as always, was delicious, well presented, very hot and a generous potion. Jade was a brilliant server and made us laugh lots! A definite asset to the team!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. The carvery has an abundance of variety as does the buffet breakfast.Parking: About disabled parking bays, directly outside the main entrance. The main parking area is spacious.Kid-friendliness: They have a specific children/family area with a play area inside and outside. However this is in need of a redecoration!Wheelchair accessibility: There are a lot of areas which are wheelchair accessible and there are ramps to get up to the higher areas. You would need help to enter the main front door however as they are not automated.

Cosy and friendly looking establishment.Along with friendly staff .The Buffet breakfast was fresh , and looked appetising ( although we did visit just after opening time hrs ) .Lots of choice for breakfast , and general quality was good .Good value for money overall , and comfortable seating .Only one minor concern was the volume of the ambient music , not conducive for breakfast - but did not impact greatly on the meal .Ample parking ( although I can imagine it getting busier during peak times ).Wheelchair accessible, and good for those with mobility issues .

Absolutely fantastic food and service! Small under s indoor play area. Claw / machine area for kids. Great value/ food range on kids menu. The carvery was fantastic.
